About Me
Hello, fellow cat lovers! As an experienced and compassionate cat sitter in Park Slope, Brooklyn, I specialize in personalized feline care including administering medication, injections, and subcutaneous fluids. My expertise comes from years of experience coupled with my certification as a Feline Training and Behavior Specialist (CFTBS). Every pet under my care receives attention as if they were my own.
Special Needs Feline Care
I have a particular passion for caring for special needs cats, having experience with kitties diagnosed with epilepsy, cerebellar hypoplasia, kidney disease, blindness, and diabetes. To further my skills, I completed the “Lion Tamer” training offered by the ASPCA, allowing me to provide optimal care for undersocialized cats and kittens.
Experience and Volunteer Work
My passion for cats extends beyond sitting. Over the years, I have dedicated my time to volunteering at local rescues, fostering kittens, and writing about special needs kitties. My personal furry family includes three cats, one of which is a special needs kitten with cerebellar hypoplasia.
Advocacy for Special Needs Cats
When not cat sitting, I strive to raise awareness about imperfectly perfect kitties! I create videos and write articles about special needs cats, showcasing their resilience and charm.
COVID-19 Precautions
Your safety and health, as well as that of your kitties, is paramount. I am fully vaccinated (including booster) against COVID-19 and continue to take precautions such as washing hands or using hand sanitizer upon arriving at each client’s home.
